Audrey has been serving the Pinehurst/Southern Pines area as a Realtor since 2002. She specializes in all types of Residential Real Estate such as single family home sales, investor sales and farm and land sales. She is consistently ranked in the top 1% of sales out of 450 plus agents in the Mid South Region Association of Realtors. In 2013 Audrey received her certification as a Military Residential Specialist. She was also elected for a 3 year term as a member of the Mid South Region Association of Realtors MLS Board of Directors, one of the youngest Realtors ever to be elected! Audrey, also a licensed NC Residential Contractor and NC Water Lines and Sewer Contractor, works with several premier builders in Moore County. In her 13 years as a licensed Realtor, Audrey has successfully worked with all types of buyers and sellers, including Military Relocation, New Construction, Golf properties, Horse Farms and Land. She provides full time professional service and is available 24/7 to her clients via email, phone or text.
Audrey grew up riding and training horses in the sport of Eventing in Ocala, Fl. After graduating with a BS degree in Sports Medicine from St. Andrews University in Laurinburg, NC, she moved permanently to Moore County. Audrey currently lives on her Spook Hill Farm in Carthage, NC where she runs a small breeding and boarding operation and trains her future event horse, Spook Hill At Last, aka ‘Oliver’. She is a graduate HA pony clubber. Her intimate knowledge of horses, riders, and their specific needs, allows her to be highly attuned to the individual needs of her horse property clientele. The Southern Pines ‘Horse Country’ community offers a lifestyle that stands alone when compared to other equestrian communities on the east coast. Audrey has been an active member of the community for 22 years and the rich history of the equestrian in Southern Pines is one of her greatest inspirations! She’s a devoted volunteer and advocate of the Walthour-Moss foundation, the Sandhills Land Trust and the Carolina Horse Park. She is a newly elected member of the board of directors of the Carolina Horse Park where she is dedicated to the continued growth and success of the area’s largest non-profit horse park.
